It's back! This October we are celebrating The Sydney Morning Herald Crave International Food Festival presented by Citibank.
2011's festival featured the sell out "Hands On" – Kenji Sushi & Sashimi Masterclass and we are very pleased to have it return for 2012.
Learn the art of sushi and sashimi with Kenji Nishinakagawa, Sydney’s foremost sushi artist From Kenji at Opera Kitchen. Students will learn how to prepare ingredients, make sushi rolls, choose and slice fish and the art of presentation. Finish off the class with a glass of wine and your Kenji creations. $150 per person including a special Kenji Masterclass 2012 apron and Chef's Knife for you to keep.
