Oysters at the House…

Award winning oysters matched with tastes of wine served along the sea wall of Opera Kitchen at Sydney Opera House – this is Oysters at the House. An annual event where guests can meet wine makers and oyster growers from all over NSW and sample the best wine and freshest of oysters they have to offer.
 
 

Two Masterclasses hosted by three of Australia's most widely recognised seafood experts – Lyndey Milan, Simon Marnie and John Susman. 

Entry tickets are $35 + BF and include wine tastings and oyster tokens.
