Treat Mum to a beautiful harbourside Mother’s Day breakfast or high tea beneath the Sydney Opera House.
Mother’s Day Breakfast
– Served 7:30am until 10:30am
– 2 course breakfast with coffee or tea and a mimosa or soft drink on arrival.
– Kids breakfast available.
Start – choice of:
Zucchini and feta frittata with smoked salmon, dill and crème fraiche
Spanish baked eggs with chorizo, tomato, smoked mozzarella and sourdough
Corn fritters with avocado, tomato and basil pesto
Finish – choice of:
Waffle with ricotta, banana, pecan and maple syrup
Coconut chia pudding with fresh berries and toasted coconut
Fresh fruit salad and berries with organic yogurt and pistachio
Waffles with Nutella, cream, banana and maple syrup
Breakfast burger – egg, bacon, hash brown, cheese and tomato
Mother’s Day High Tea
– Served 2:00pm until 6:00pm
– High tea with coffee or tea and a mimosa or soft drink on arrival.
– Upgrade mimosa to French Champagne for $15pp
– Kids high tea available.
Smoked salmon and crème fraiche, double smoked ham, tuna and cucumber finger sandwiches
Prawn brioche rolls, Leek and mushroom quiche with fresh crab chervil and cress salad
Homemade scones with Gippsland double cream and fresh strawberry preserve,
Salt caramel and choc tarts, selection of macaroons, fresh fruit tarts
Cold, hot and sweet items
